Our home at 94 prince arthur
Our Chapter has had 5 residences in its 133 year history.
94 Prince Arthur has been our home for 60 years, making it our longest standing Chapter House. Many hundreds of Alpha Delts have passed through its portals.
A home this grand requires many hands to maintain.
a journey of rejuvenation
Between 2008 and 2012, several urgent renovations were undertaken to stabilize our home, including plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
In 2014, a true megaproject is undertaken to completely renovate our kitchen. This project restores one of the symbolic hearts of the Chapter House. Gathering around prepared meals occurs once again.
By 2016, it was clear that many areas of our home had suffered from long periods of underinvestment. With momentum and a strong Fraternity, we refreshed our maintenance plan, overhauled our finances, and got to work to save 94 Prince Arthur.
