In Spring of 2017, the House Company employed the services of the Altus Group to conduct a thorough inspection of 94 Prince Arthur Avenue. Their report identified $420,000 in critical upgrades that need to be undertaken over the next 5-10 years. These upgrades cover mechanical, electrical, roofing, structural, and fire safety systems. Aesthetic items like restoring wood panelling, replacing plumbing and lighting fixtures, etc. are not included in the scope of their report.

We are making an appeal for donations to help us fund these projects. Our proposal comes through two forms of giving: the 1893 Club and 5-Year Annual Commitments.

Our goal for the 1893 Club is to secure annual donations of $40,000 per year (approx. $3,300 per month).
